“You will be filled with my joy. Yes, your joy will overflow.” (John 15:11).

Indeed many believers struggle with the issue of having joy in their lives. Yet Jesus promised that our lives would not only be filled with joy but overflowing! You may ask where then is this promised JOY? How can I possibly have joy when everything is going wrong in my life?

Come and join us in discovering how to kick aside and overcome the blocks that are strewn across our paths and take hold of your promised inheritance!

Pastor Julio will be addressing this very issue at our next Seminar to be held on Saturday, 16th June 2010.

The Seminar will be a time to discover, rejoice and unite in love and fellowship!

Promise School of Theology

The ‘Promise School of Theology’ was founded in the summer of 2008 with the intention of fulfilling our mission to teach. The School is under the wider ministry of ZESTO.

Briefly, ZESTO is not about seeking to start a ‘new’ Church or be in competition with Church organisations. Rather our ministry and vision is to see Churches filled to overflowing and to encourage Christians to fellowship across Church boundaries and denominations.

Additionally, the purpose of our seminars is to wean those on “milk” into “solid food” that they may discern between the Truth and counterfeit (Hebrews 5:14). Biblical revelation, it is an ongoing process. Not many of us can truly say we have comprehensively read the Bible. There are many more gems to be discovered!

Please do not allow the term “theology” to conjure up visions of endless study of cold academia. On the contrary, we aim to present Biblical Truths simply, but at the same time focusing on important key interpretations of what the Biblical text is saying to us. Theology is really a systematic study of the nature and purpose of God – His Word. Theology is inspired by the Holy Spirit. When one or more are gathered together, Christ is in our midst.

A deeper understanding of Biblical Truths will enable us to personally encounter and meet with the Lord, even through books like Chronicles, Numbers and Lamentations! Whilst we will never in this life, be able to fully fathom God’s immutable purpose, we may to a degree, through study come to understand His gracious and perfect will for humankind. This is revealed to us by His living Word.

The purpose of ‘Promise’ is to guide the listener into a deeper understanding of Biblical Truths by means of recognising and understanding certain key words or statements in its original form and the reasons for it. This is achieved against the historical background of the narrative. No cold academia here I promise!
